Rules and Regulations

Pool Rules


The pool will be open from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Saturday, except when closed for special events.
The pool will remain closed, or will close, when the reported temperature is below 70. If temperatures reach 70 by 3:00PM or 5:00 PM, the pool will open. Please watch for announcements, or feel free to call, to confirm that the pool is open. 

Weekday mornings are reserved for swim team practices and group swim lessons. An adult or an older child (10 or older) must accompany children 7 years of age and younger to the pool.
The wading pool is for children 5 years and under, every child must have adult supervision with them in the baby pool area. Diaper-age children must wear tight-fitting, waterproof pants. Children who have not passed the basic swimming test will be restricted to the intermediate wading area of the main pool, unless accompanied by a parent.
Running, pushing, wrestling, snapping towels or causing other undue disturbances will not be permitted in the pool or on the deck.
All diving shall be done off the end of the diving board. Only one person is permitted on the diving board at a time.
Diving from the edge of the pool is not permitted in the diving area. Swimming is not allowed in the diving area, except to leave the diving area. When instructed to clear the diving area, it must be done immediately.
 Upon request of a lifeguard, all swimmers must immediately get out of the water.
Inflatable and styrofoam objects are prohibited, except in the wading pool. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Pool Manager has discretion to institute other necessary rules. 


The Association is not responsible for accidents or injury to members or guests.
The Association is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Facilities for checking clothing or valuables are not available. The only cash required will be that to pay guest fees and concessions.
Adult members are responsible for their children and guests. Damage to any Association property will be charged to the member family, or if by a guest, to the adult registering the guest. 


No food or drinks allowed with-in 4 feet of the pool edge. This includes the wading pool. No pets allowed inside the bathhouse or on the pool deck.
No person shall be permitted to use the pool without first taking a warm shower in the nude using soap. 

No person having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion: eye, ear, nose or throat infection shall be admitted to the pool area.
Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, and any other similar activities are prohibited in the pool. 

No running, boisterous or rough play shall be permitted in the pool, on the walkways, diving board, or in the pool area. 

Absolutely no glass containers allowed on pool deck or in pool area. Includes inside a cooler. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No smoking allowed in pool area.
